All-Wheel Drive

Tesla All-Wheel Drive uses independent front and rear motors for improved performance and traction in all conditions, enabling lightning-fast response from the accelerator pedal. Unlike traditional engines, Tesla’s motors and powertrain require no scheduled maintenance for the lifetime of ownership.

Basic Autopilot

Included with every Tesla, Autopilot enables your car to steer, accelerate and brake automatically for other vehicles and pedestrians within its lane. Advanced safety and convenience features are designed to assist you with the most burdensome parts of driving, alongside driver assistance features such as emergency braking, collision warning and blind-spot monitoring.

Easy Charging

Charge anywhere there is electricity. Most range used for daily driving can be topped off using the Mobile Connector Bundle and a 220V household outlet, or upgrade to a Tesla Wall Connector for the best home charging experience. For long distance travel, Model S adds up to 322 kilometres of range in just 15 minutes using Tesla’s Supercharger network, getting you back on the road, sooner.

 

Sentry Mode

An exclusive protection feature called Sentry Mode continuously monitors the vehicle’s surroundings when you leave your Tesla unattended. When activated, Sentry Mode arms and uses the vehicle’s external cameras to detect and help protect against potential threats, similar to home alarm systems.

Live Camera, available with Premium Connectivity, lets you remotely view your car’s surroundings while in park, and also honk, flash and talk through the car’s speaker. Live Camera is end-to-end encrypted and cannot be accessed by Tesla.

Adaptive Suspension

Model S’ adaptive suspension reacts to road conditions and driver inputs hundreds of times per second to deliver exceptional ride quality and handling. The system also automatically adjusts ride height for greater comfort and to keep Model S in its most aerodynamic setting for maximum range.

Expansive Storage

Model S features 793 liters of cargo space, including a secure front trunk, with space for 5 adults. The front trunk can fit a full-size carry-on suitcase, and the rear seats can fold flat at the press of a button, opening up the rear cargo area and under-floor storage for maximum flexibility to fit any lifestyle.

Tesla Mobile App

Remotely control and monitor your Tesla with Phone Key keyless driving, range & charging status, climate control, live GPS location and more. You can even schedule service and monitor your entire Tesla ecosystem, including power flow from Powerwall or from Solar Roof and Solar Panels.

Three Displays

With 2200 x 1300 resolution, true colors and exceptional responsiveness, an adjustable 17” display tilts left or right for gaming, movies and more. A second display in front of the driver features the most essential vehicle driver information, including Full Self-Driving Visualization, while a third display second-row screen provides even more entertainment and control for rear passengers.

Game from Anywhere

Up to 10 teraflops of processing power enables in-car gaming on-par with today’s newest consoles via Tesla Arcade. Wireless controller compatibility allows gaming from any seat.

Tri-Zone Climate Controls

Airflow and temperature are controlled entirely through the displays without any physical vents. On hot days, Cabin Overheat Protection ensures interiors always stay cool. In cold weather, pre-conditioning automatically warms the cabin and prepares the battery for maximum range.

Yoke Steering

The ultimate focus on driving: no stalks, no shifting. With a stalkless steering yoke, you can enjoy both the best car to drive, and the best car to be driven in.

22-Speaker Audio

A 22-speaker, 960-watt audio system offers the best listening experience, wherever you are, and new microphones enable Active Road Noise Reduction.

Glass Roof

The full Glass Roof gives passengers a brighter, more spacious experience and unobstructed views of the sky. Infrared and UV light is effectively blocked before entering the cabin, reducing heat and glare even when the sun is directly overhead.
